Mediterranean Seafood – Saturday, March 2, 2024 – SOLD OUT

March 2 @ 6:30 pm - 9:30 pm


Join us for a hands on cooking class in Aphrodite Cooks kitchen with Chef Vanessa Yeung.

In this class you will learn dishes that will remind you of the Mediterranean Sea.

Warning: You will be cleaning a whole sea bass, from the inside and out

Vaccine mandates are no longer, however we do ask to please self monitor and if you are not feeling well please notify us and we will allow you to postpone the class or transfer your spot to another person

Price is per person and the 13% hst. Includes the class and dinner.


Fennel, Olive and Orange Salad

Shrimp Saganaki – Shrimp with Lemon, Garlic, Feta Cheese and Tomatoes

Salt Crusted Whole Seabass with Salsa Verde – you will be cleaning a whole fish!!!

Cancellation Policy

For scheduled cooking classes:

More than 1 week notice: Refund can be provided. Or rescheduling/transfer to another will be allowed.

Less than 72 hours notice: No refund, rescheduling or transfer will be allowed.

No Notice : Where a student fails to inform Aphrodite Cooks or fails to attend registered class – NO Rescheduled Class or refund will be issued.

Gift Certificate Use: Where a student intends to use a gift

certificate and is unable to attend a class, the above Cancellation policy is in effect.
