Chef Alec Kerr will guide you through the ins and outs of cooking a steak properly as well as learning what makes a frites fantastic.

Price is per person and the 13% hst. Includes the class and dinner.

Skirt Steak with cafe de paris butter

Frites with roasted garlic herb aoli

Bistro salad -Bib lettuce, cucumber, radish, pickled shallots, crispy onions (fried onions) herbs
and red wine dijon vinaigrette

Cancellation Policy

For scheduled cooking classes:

More than 1 week notice: Refund can be provided. Or rescheduling/transfer to another will be allowed.

Less than 72 hours notice: No refund, rescheduling or transfer will be allowed.

No Notice : Where a student fails to inform Aphrodite Cooks or fails to attend registered class – NO Rescheduled Class or refund will be issued.

Gift Certificate Use: Where a student intends to use a gift certificate and is unable to attend a class, the above Cancellation policy is in effect.
