Make and Take, the Cooking class that focuses on a dish that we will guide you through the making of from start to finish.
In this class you will be lead by Domenic Ubaldino, co-owner of Aphrodite Cooks and tiramisu expert.
This class will have you making a 8.5 in x 6.5 tiramisu. All ingredients and containers are provided in the price. You will make this dish and then take it home to enjoy with friends and family over the Easter weekend. This size tiramisu will feed from 4 to 6 portions.
A tiramisu will be served at the end of the class that was made previously so you can see how it tastes.
This class will be about 1.5 hours in length.

Traditional tiramisu – coffee, mascarpone cheese, eggs, ladyfinger cookies – contains gluten and dairy

Vaccine mandates are no longer, however we do ask to please self monitor and if you are not feeling well please notify us and we will allow you to postpone the class or transfer your spot to another person
Price is per person and the 13% hst. Includes the class and materials for tiramisu and tiramisu for sampling
