Join us in the kitchen with Chef Veronica Mal as she guides us through the dishes of North and South India. She will show the difference between these two regions and what makes them unique. The class will be divided into smaller groups and given tasks to in preparation of the dishes on the menu. The class will then sit down to enjoy the meal that they help make.
