Our Everyday Chinese cooking class has a mouth-watering lineup of authentic Cantonese dishes that are perfect for weeknights or to entertain guests.
Join us in this hands-on-class, as Mary Tang, a TV cooking show host specializing in Cantonese cuisine, and the creator of her successful food blog (www.maryshappybelly.com), will guide you through this class. You will help with the preparation of the dishes while learning a variety of tips and techniques including stir-frying, steaming, and deep frying. You will be able to sit down afterwards and enjoy the dishes you have made.
