In this intimate and hands on cooking class you will learn to scale, de-bone and fillet 2 fish.  kinds of fish. Fish will be determined by what is market fresh. You will also be shown how to pan fry the fish fillets

The fillets will be vacuumed sealed for you to use at your convenience

We will also show you 2 sauces that will accompany and compliment you fish.

Menu:

2 fish – 4 fillets in total

125 ml of Italian salsa verde

125 ml of tartar sauce

Cancellation Policy

For scheduled cooking classes:

More than 1 week notice: Refund can be provided. Or rescheduling/transfer to another will be allowed.

Less than 72 hours notice: No refund, rescheduling or transfer will be allowed.

No Notice : Where a student fails to inform Aphrodite Cooks or fails to attend registered class – NO Rescheduled Class or refund will be issued.

Gift Certificate Use: Where a student intends to use a gift certificate and is unable to attend a class, the above Cancellation policy is in effect.
