In this Spanish Tapas cooking class, students will explore the rich culinary traditions of Spain through its famous small plates. From savory potatoes and eggs to fresh vegetables and bold sauces, participants will practice essential cooking techniques while learning the cultural importance of tapas as a social dining experience. The class emphasizes teamwork, creativity, and flavor, making it ideal for beginner cooks and food lovers alike.
The class will work together to in a collaborative effort to put the menu together and then sit down to enjoy all of the dishes.

Cancellation Policy
For scheduled cooking classes:
More than 1 week notice: Refund can be provided. Or rescheduling/transfer to another will be allowed.
Less than 72 hours notice: No refund, rescheduling or transfer will be allowed.
No Notice : Where a student fails to inform Aphrodite Cooks or fails to attend registered class – NO Rescheduled Class or refund will be issued.
Gift Certificate Use: Where a student intends to use a gift certificate and is unable to attend a class, the above Cancellation policy is in effect.
