The class emphasizes teamwork\, creativity\, and flavor\, making it ideal for beginner cooks and food lovers alike. \nThe class will work together to in a collaborative effort to put the menu together and then sit down to enjoy all of the dishes. \nChef Instructor: Alec Kerr \nClass Size: 16 \nMenu: \nCaramelized Onion Tortilla Espanola with saffron aioli \nCroquettes with Spanish ham \nBeef & olive Empanadas \nSpanish Marinated Steak with romesco sauce \nDessert \nChurros \n*menu subject to change \n**some dietary restrictions and allergies can be accommodated \nCancellation Policy \nFor scheduled cooking classes: \nMore than 1 week notice: Refund can be provided.
