Join us in the kitchen on for a hands on cooking class and learn what make these famous pastries so popular.
Class size will be 12
Each participant will take some at least 3 zeppole and 3 eclairs. You will learn to make the dough and the pastry cream.
These recipes contain flour, dairy and eggs.
No substitutions can me made with this class

Cancellation Policy
For scheduled cooking classes:
More than 1 week notice: Refund can be provided. Or rescheduling/transfer to another will be allowed.
Less than 72 hours notice: No refund, rescheduling or transfer will be allowed.
No Notice : Where a student fails to inform Aphrodite Cooks or fails to attend registered class – NO Rescheduled Class or refund will be issued.
Gift Certificate Use: Where a student intends to use a gift certificate and is unable to attend a class, the above Cancellation policy is in effect.
