Not much really!! \nJoin us in the kitchen on for a hands on cooking class and learn what make these famous pastries so popular. \nClass size will be 12 \nEach participant will take some at least 3 zeppole and 3 eclairs. You will learn to make the dough and the pastry cream. \nThese recipes contain flour\, dairy and eggs. \nNo substitutions can me made with this class \nMenu: \nZeppole with Vanilla Pastry Cream \nEclairs with Salted Caramel Pastry and Chocolate \n*menu subject to change \n**some dietary restrictions and allergies can be accommodated \nCancellation Policy \nFor scheduled cooking classes: \nMore than 1 week notice: Refund can be provided. Or rescheduling/transfer to another will be allowed. \nLess than 72 hours notice: No refund\, rescheduling or transfer will be allowed. \nNo Notice : Where a student fails to inform Aphrodite Cooks or fails to attend registered class – NO Rescheduled Class or refund will be issued. \nGift Certificate Use: Where a student intends to use a gift certificate and is unable to attend a class\, the above Cancellation policy is in effect.
