Join us for a hands-on cooking class where you’ll learn how to make fresh, homemade potstickers from scratch. In this interactive session, participants will , create delicious fillings, and master the art of folding and shaping each potsticker perfectly.
Working together in a relaxed, collaborative kitchen environment, you’ll get step-by-step guidance from our instructor and learn tips to make your potstickers flavorful and beautifully formed.
At the end of the class, you’ll take home the potstickers you’ve made to enjoy later, so you can share your creation with family or savor them yourself.
Perfect for anyone who loves cooking, dumplings, or trying something new in the kitchen, this class is a fun, social, and practical way to build confidence in making homemade Asian-style dumplings.
Each guest will take home 30 dumplings, 15 of each type for themselves and then sample a few at the end of the class.

Cancellation Policy
For scheduled cooking classes:
More than 1 week notice: Refund can be provided. Or rescheduling/transfer to another will be allowed.
Less than 72 hours notice: No refund, rescheduling or transfer will be allowed.
No Notice : Where a student fails to inform Aphrodite Cooks or fails to attend registered class – NO Rescheduled Class or refund will be issued.
Gift Certificate Use: Where a student intends to use a gift certificate and is unable to attend a class, the above Cancellation policy is in effect.
