Love the flavours of South East Asia, then join us in the kitchen for a collaborative, interactive and hands-on cooking class with chef Vanessa Yeung.

You will learn to make some classic dishes found at your popular Vietnamese restaurant.

Maximum class: 16 guests

Goi Cuon – Shrimp Fresh Rolls with Hoisin Sauce

Banh Xeo – Crispy Vietnamese Crepes Stuffed with Shrimp and Fresh Herbs

Bun Bo Xa Ot – Steak with Noodle Salad and Pork Spring Rolls

Vietnamese Iced Coffee

Cancellation Policy

For scheduled cooking classes:

More than 1 week notice: Refund can be provided. Or rescheduling/transfer to another will be allowed.

Less than 72 hours notice: No refund, rescheduling or transfer will be allowed.

No Notice : Where a student fails to inform Aphrodite Cooks or fails to attend registered class – NO Rescheduled Class or refund will be issued.

Gift Certificate Use: Where a student intends to use a gift certificate and is unable to attend a class, the above Cancellation policy is in effect.
