Wine and Food Pairing – Introduction to Italy

Love wine and love food but don’t what goes with what? Join us in the kitchen for this introductory cooking class into pairing wine with Italian food. This is a hands-on cooking class lead by Chef Vanessa Yeung. She will guide you through a through the menu and then you will sit down and sommelier Samantha Krumholz will help you navigate the wine chosen for each of the dishes. Wine is included in the price

Minimum class 10 participants

Maximum class 20 participants

Cooking Class Menu:

Farro Salad

Gnudi – Spinach and Ricotta Dumplings

Polpettone alla Fiorentina – Florentine Meatloaf – contains pork

Pear and Chocolate Cake – contains nuts
