Virtual Cooking Class – Springtime Vegan Dishes

Physical distancing does not mean we can’t cook together. Let’s gather, virtually, to share in good company and delicious, family-friendly, recipes.
The Family Cook-Along is a way for families to join together, in the comfort and safety of your own home, to mix, chop and interact with other families as you all create fun and delicious meals. Whether you just want to follow along, or join in on the conversation, this is a great way to spend a Saturday evening.
Recipes that the whole family can help prepare. Delicious meals. Lasting memories.

This class is idea for those who have dairy and egg allergies or intolerances.
Handmade Beet Ravioli with Cashew Ricotta and Basil Sauce – some prep ahead of class will be required
Herb Chickpea Pancakes with Asparagus, Quick Pickle Radishes, Sprout and Tahini Dressing
Special Equipment: Food processor
All classes are through an app called Zoom. Upon registration you will receive an ingredient and equipment list and a link to the zoom call.
Price is per household
No need to worry about shopping either, because, as an added benefit, we can offer to purchase the ingredients for you and have them delivered to your doorstep. We will bring the required amounts of ingredients to your home. Delivery is included to homes in the GTA and will arrive the day before the class. Cut off date for purchasing ingredient package is Tuesday at noon.
You must purchase class first and then add ingredient kit.
Ingredient kits feed about 4 adults
Delivery is available to homes in the GTA and will arrive the day before the class.
Pick up of ingredient packages from our kitchen will be available the day before the class between 10 am and 2 pm. Need another time to pick up. Just contact us and we can arrange for alternative time.
