Learn dishes that allows you and your loved ones to explore plant based cuisine. Be ready with Vegan alternatives so that you can feed anyone that comes into your kitchen!
Join us for an intimate hands on cooking class with Carla Riley of Keep Kitchens in which each participant will learn:
How to create a creamy savoury salad dressing.
How to achieve deep flavour in broths and sauces.
Each student will create a high protein, high fibre vegan ground “beef”
Take home vegan Mac and Cheese!
Create a made from scratch dessert!

Students Will learn what bread is vegan and how to bake croutons.
How to make a vegan dressing using tahini and capers. (Classic flavours like garlic and lemon are still used)
Students will learn how to make a quick and easy broth that achieves rich flavours.
Squash Mac & Cheese
Students will learn how to make a delicious cream sauce using squash purée and what noodles add additional fibre and protein.
Students will learn how to make a vegan ground meat.
Black bean Brownies
An easy and delicious dessert full of rich chocolatey flavours.
