Cesar Salad
Students Will learn what bread is vegan and how to bake croutons.
How to make a vegan dressing using tahini and capers. (Classic flavours like garlic and lemon are still used)
Vegetable Soup
Students will learn how to make a quick and easy broth that achieves rich flavours.
Squash Mac & Cheese
Students will learn how to make a delicious cream sauce using squash purée and what noodles add additional fibre and protein.
Vegan Bolonagnse
Students will learn how to make a vegan ground meat.
Black bean Brownies
An easy and delicious dessert full of rich chocolatey flavours.
