Join us in the kitchen with your plus one in a cooking class and dinner.
You will be guided through this hands-on cooking class by Chef Vanessa Yeung.
This year Aphrodite Cooks is partnering with Truffles Nostagija.
Most of the courses will include one of their truffle products.
If you love truffles as much as we do then this is the class to spend with the your special someone!
Vaccine mandates are no longer, however we do ask to please self monitor and if you are not feeling well please notify us and we will allow you to postpone the class or transfer your spot to another person
Price is per person and the 13% hst. Includes the class, dinner, a glass of Prosecco and 2 glasses of wine with the class

Truffle, Guava Jam and Manchego Grilled Cheese
Mini Stuffed Bao Buns with Pork, Shittake Mushrooms and Black Truffles
Salad – Italian Bitter Greens with Shaved Parm and Red Wine Vinaigrette – made a head of time
Seared Sea Scallops with Braised Beef Ravioli with White Truffle Carpacacio, Beef Reduction
Dessert – strawberry, mint and lime sorbet with chocolate truffles – sorbet made ahead of time
