Join Chef Alec Kerr as he guides you through the art of pasta making. \nAfter the dishes are made you will get to sit down and enjoy the fruits of your labour. \nMinimum Class Size: 8 guests\nMaximum Class Size: 18 guests \nPrice is per person and the 13% hst. Includes the class and dinner. \nMENU \nPotato and pecorino culigiones stuffed with tomato & herb passata \nTagliatelle alla Ragu – all beef ragu \nSimple Salad \n*menu subject to change \n**some dietary restrictions and allergies can be accommodated \nCancellation Policy \nFor scheduled cooking classes: \nMore than 1 week notice: Refund will be provided. Or rescheduling/transfer to another will be allowed. \nLess than 72 hours notice: No refund\, rescheduling or transfer will be allowed. \nNo Notice : Where a student fails to inform Aphrodite Cooks or fails to attend registered class – NO Rescheduled Class or refund will be issued. \nGift Certificate Use: Where a student intends to use a gift certificate and is unable to attend a class\, the above Cancellation policy is in effect.
