Learn to make paella from start to finish

Join us in the kitchen for a hands on cooking class as we explore the dish Paella with Jose Arato of www.pimenton.ca. You and your plus one will learn the flavours and techniques and the understanding of making paella. You and your partner will make 1 paella from start to finish.  After the cooking class you will be able to enjoy the fruits of your labour with the other guests in our dining room. A traditional paella will take 45 minutes to make.

Please enter 1 for 1 couple. Price is for 1 couple or two guests.
Minimum class: 5 couples or 10 guests
Maximum class: 10 couples or 20 guests

Traditional Paella with Saffron and Bomba Rice, flexibility in making the paella with chicken, chorizo, seafood and or vegan.
Grilled Vegetable Salad – made a head of time
Creme Catalana – demonstrated
