DESCRIPTION:In honour of St. Joesph’s Day join us in the kitchen for a hands on class learning the art of zeppole. \nIn this class you will learn how to make choux pastry from sratch as well as 2 different flavours of pastry cream. \nYou will then be able to take what you made home. \nChef Instructor: Domenic Ubaldino \nClass Size: 14 \nMenu: \nZeppole filled with classic Italian custard\, chocolate custard\, pistachio custard \nSnacks and drinks will be provided \nCancellation Policy \nFor scheduled cooking classes: \nMore than 1 week notice: Refund can be provided. Or rescheduling/transfer to another will be allowed. \nLess than 72 hours notice: No refund\, rescheduling or transfer will be allowed. \nNo Notice : Where a student fails to inform Aphrodite Cooks or fails to attend registered class – NO Rescheduled Class or refund will be issued. \nGift Certificate Use: Where a student intends to use a gift certificate and is unable to attend a class\, the above Cancellation policy is in effect.
