DESCRIPTION:Chinese steamed buns have grown in popularity to be a staple dish in restaurants\, catered events and even short films. \nJoin us in the kitchen to learn how this humble little bun has wowed palates all over the world. \nMaximum Class Size: 14 guests \nPrice is per person and 13% \nMenu: \nScallion Flour Buns – 4 to take home \nChicken and Nappa Cabbage Stuffed Bao – 4 to take home \nOpen Bao Buns with Cilantro\, Green Onions\, Lemongrass Chicken and Spicy Hoisin – this will be sampled in class \n*menu subject to change \n*please advise of any allergies and dietary restrictions ahead of time. \nCancellation Policy \nFor scheduled cooking classes: \nMore than 1 week notice: Refund will be provided. Or rescheduling/transfer to another will be allowed. \nLess than 72 hours notice: No refund\, rescheduling or transfer will be allowed. \nNo Notice : Where a student fails to inform Aphrodite Cooks or fails to attend registered class – NO Rescheduled Class or refund will be issued. \nGift Certificate Use: Where a student intends to use a gift \ncertificate and is unable to attend a class\, the above Cancellation policy is in effect.
