You will learn to make this dish with fresh lasagna noodles made in class and traditional tomato basil sauce. You will then assemble your own 2 lb lasagna to take home and enjoy with family and friends \nPre class snacks and drinks will be provided. \nMinimum Class Size: 8 guests\nMaximum Class Size: 18 guests \nPrice is per person and the 13% hst. \nMENU\nSpinach and Ricotta Lasagna – 2 lb lasagna feeds about 4 people.
