Guided by our instructor\, you’ll discover how to prepare crisp cannoli shells\, mix a smooth\, flavorful ricotta filling\, and finish your cannoli with traditional and creative toppings. \nPerfect for all skill levels\, this class offers a fun and relaxed way to spend time with family and or friends. All ingredients and tools are provided. Each participant will leave with freshly made cannoli\, new culinary skills. \nA sweet experience worth sharing! \nMinimum Class Size: 12 \nMaximum Class Size: 16 \nMenu: \nRicotta Cannoli – traditional ricotta filling\, pistachio filling and chocolate filling – guests will take home 8 cannoli \n*menu subject to change \nCancellation Policy \nFor scheduled cooking classes: \nMore than 1 week notice: Refund can be provided. Or rescheduling/transfer to another will be allowed. \nLess than 72 hours notice: No refund\, rescheduling or transfer will be allowed. \nNo Notice : Where a student fails to inform Aphrodite Cooks or fails to attend registered class – NO Rescheduled Class or refund will be issued. \nGift Certificate Use: Where a student intends to use a gift certificate and is unable to attend a class\, the above Cancellation policy is in effect.
