Knowing how to use a knife properly will determine the success of your dish. \nDon’t know what the difference between a chef’s knife\, a paring knife and a bread knife. What’s a dice and a julienne? \nLet our chef instructors guide you through the beginnings of knife skills. \nIn this make and take class you will learn the basics of knife skills and what knives are used for what purpose. After you will take home a sampling of each of the recipes that you have made. \nMinimum Class Size: 5 \nMaximum Class Size: 7 \nMenu: \nMinestrone Soup \nGreen Mango Salad \nStuffed Chicken Thighs with Sundried Tomato and Artichoke \n*menu subject to change \n**some dietary restrictions and allergies can be accommodated \nCancellation Policy \nFor scheduled cooking classes: \nMore than 1 week notice: Refund can be provided.
