DESCRIPTION:Join us in the kitchen with Mary Luz Meijia\,  a Level III Certified Chocolate Taster through the International Institute of Chocolate and Cacao Tasting (UK)\, and George Brown College (Toronto) Chocolate Theory\, for an evening of chocolate fun. \nYou will learn how to make chocolate truffles and then apply a little of your own creativity to your own personal batch of a minimum of 12 truffles that you will get to take home. Using quality chocolate and creative garnishes to \nLight refreshments and drinks will be provided during the class. \nMinimum Class Size: 8 \nMaximum Class Size: 12 \nCancellation Policy \nFor scheduled cooking classes: \nMore than 1 week notice: Refund can be provided. Or rescheduling/transfer to another will be allowed. \nLess than 72 hours notice: No refund\, rescheduling or transfer will be allowed. \nNo Notice : Where a student fails to inform Aphrodite Cooks or fails to attend registered class – NO Rescheduled Class or refund will be issued. \nGift Certificate Use: Where a student intends to use a gift certificate and is unable to attend a class\, the above Cancellation policy is in effect.
