DESCRIPTION:Learn to make the the famous Aphrodite Cooks Ginger Chicken Potstickers and then take them home for you to enjoy at a later day. \nEach guest will learn to make the filling and then learn to fold the classic potsticker shape. \nEach guest will take home 30 dumplings\, 15 of each type for themselves and then sample a few at the end of the class. \nMinimum Class Size – 10 \nMaximum Class Size – 18 \n\n\nMenu: \nGinger Chicken Potstickers with Soy Chili Sauce \nShittake Mushroom and Tofu with Soy Chili Sauce \n*menu subject to change \n**some dietary restrictions and allergies can be accommodated \nCancellation Policy \nFor scheduled cooking classes: \nMore than 1 week notice: Refund can be provided. Or rescheduling/transfer to another will be allowed. \nLess than 72 hours notice: No refund\, rescheduling or transfer will be allowed. \nNo Notice : Where a student fails to inform Aphrodite Cooks or fails to attend registered class – NO Rescheduled Class or refund will be issued. \nGift Certificate Use: Where a student intends to use a gift certificate and is unable to attend a class\, the above Cancellation policy is in effect.
