An introduction into the world of knives and the different types of cuts for cooking
In this hands-on intimate workshop individuals will learn the basic set of knives that every home cook must have and what each knife will do. The class will also teach you what the difference is between a julienne and a dice as well as a introduction into how to butcher de-bone chicken thighs and stuff them. You will be able to sit down afterward and sample the dishes you have made.
Class size is 10 participants. Minimum of 7 to have the class run.
Vaccine mandates are no longer, however we do ask to please self monitor and if you are not feeling well please notify us and we will allow you to postpone the class or transfer your spot to another person
Price is per person and the 13% hst. Includes the class and dinner.

Cancellation Policy
For scheduled cooking classes:
More than 1 week notice: Refund will be provided. Or rescheduling/transfer to another will be allowed.
Less than 72 hours notice: No refund, rescheduling or transfer will be allowed.
No Notice : Where a student fails to inform Aphrodite Cooks or fails to attend registered class – NO Rescheduled Class or refund will be issued.
Gift Certificate Use: Where a student intends to use a gift
certificate and is unable to attend a class, the above Cancellation policy is in effect.
