An introduction into the world of knives and the different types of cuts for cooking
In online cooking class, individuals will learn the basic set of knives that every home cook must have and what each knife will do. This class will also teach you what the difference is between a julienne and a dice as well as a introduction into how to de-bone chicken thighs and stuff them. Price is based per household. A link to Zoom will be sent out after you are registered. An ingredient list and equipment list will be sent out 12 days before the class.
If you have an allergies or dietary restrictions please email us before registering for the class and we will offer substitutions as best as we can.

Cut off date for purchasing ingredient package is 72 hours before the class.
Delivery is available to homes in the GTA and will arrive the day before the class.
Pick up of ingredient packages from our kitchen will be available the day before the class between 12 and 3 pm.
