Inspired by the backyard summer feasts of her Italian father in-law join Chef and Aphrodite Cooks owner Vanessa Yeung as we cook an Italian summer feast at the Market Kitchen of the historic St. Lawrence Market. The class will be involved in various aspects of cooking the menu. Guests will then be invited to sit down and enjoy the fruits of their labour. If you would like to enjoy your class with some wine, please add the wine package to your registration. Package includes 3 glasses of wine.
