Join us in the kitchen for a hands-on cooking class with Chef Carmine Accogli. Chef Carm will guide you through the preparation and execution of some of the Italy’s favourite seafood dishes. You will then sit down and enjoy the meal that you will helped prepare.

Tuna and Bean Crostini
Frittura di Pesce – Classic fried shrimp, calamari and scallops
Linguine alle Vongole – Steam and sauteed little neck clams in white wine and herbs tossed in linguine
Cime di Rape – Garlic sauteed rapini with roasted garlic
Tiramisù – Lady fingers cookies bathed in espresso coffee, mascarpone cheese and lots of love
