This interactive hands on cooking class will introduce to the alternatives to wheat flours and other ingredients to make up for the lack of gluten in our favourite baked goods, such as guar gum and xanthum gum.
Chef Kimberley Lugsdin will guide you through recipes of classic baked goods that we just can’t live without.
Guests will learn how to make these recipes and bring samples home with them. Please note that this class will be in a kitchen that is not gluten free but the class will feature recipes that do not include gluten in them.
