What happens when you take foodie films and turn them into a cooking class? Join us on Valentine’s Day with your plus one as we learn dishes from our favourite food films. This hand’s on cooking class will have you rotating through 4 cooking stations. Each station will feature a recipe from or inspired by a food film. The first two stations will be enjoyed while you are cooking and then you and your Valentine will then sit down and enjoy the last 2 courses. All of the courses will then be paired with beer selections made by the Bier Professor himself, Roger Mittag, Founder, Prud’homme Beer Certification and President, Thirst for Knowledge Inc. This class will be held at the historic St.Lawrence Market.
