In this interactive class\, guests will work together in a collaborative kitchen environment to prepare a menu inspired by beloved Canadian dishes. \nUsing fresh ingredients and classic techniques\, participants will cook side-by-side\, learning tips and sharing the process as each part of the meal comes together. From savory favourites to a sweet Canadian finish\, the class is designed as a team effort\, with everyone contributing to the dishes that will be enjoyed together at the end of the evening. \nOnce the cooking is complete\, we’ll gather around the table to enjoy the meal we’ve created—celebrating great food\, new skills\, and the spirit of cooking together. \nPerfect for anyone who loves Canadian flavours and a fun\, social cooking experience. \nMenu: \nSimple Salad with local Ontario produce and Maple Syrup Vinaigrette \nClassic Poutine – crisp fries with cheese curds and gravy \nMini Lobster Grilled Cheese \nBison Sliders with Horseradish Aioli and Oka Cheese \nBeaver Tails – Fried Pasty with cinnamon sugar and lemon \n*menu subject to change \nCancellation Policy \nFor scheduled cooking classes: \nMore than 1 week notice: Refund can be provided.
