In this intimate hands on cooking class, participants will learn recipes that will be the building blocks to unlocking their creativity in the kitchen. These recipes will help a new cook understand some of the basic sauces and cooking techniques that will help build one’s confidence in the kitchen. Each participant will have their own chicken to roast, 1 500 ml jar of tomato, 1 125 ml jar of pesto and a 250 ml of vinaigrette to take home. They will have samples of the entire menu to taste at the end of the class.
This class is best for those that wanting to learn how to cook from the beginning.
